The Design and Installation Process:
An on-site review of your outdoor space is complimentary. At this meeting, we discuss your needs and budget. For simple jobs, we agree on the work to be done and the price in writing, a deposit is made, and the work is scheduled and completed. A written quote includes all materials and services, including delivery and labor.
If you would like more interaction during the design process, a drawing can be prepared. The end product is a scale color rendering of your space that identifies all elements to be used in the design, as well as a budget estimate. Whatever your decision regarding the work on the project, the drawing is yours to keep.
Your participation in the process is encouraged. However a turn-key design and installation handled by Greenstone has worked well for many clients. For example, you can say: “Do something nice for X amount of money but no red or pink” and come home to find the work completed. Easy as that.
